Terms & Conditions

1. Check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
2. A booking is confirmed only after the advance payment is received.
3. The remaining balance must be paid at check-in.
4. Guests must carry a valid government photo ID at check-in.
5. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay.
6. Please maintain silence after 10:00 PM out of respect for neighbours.
7. The management reserves the right to refuse service in case of misconduct.
